Intro

This update includes mostly bug fixes & technical reworks. This does not mean we are not working, we are in the end of testing phases of the following:

Halloween Event

Changes

Reputation rankings are now refreshed every 30 minutes instead of once per day.
Compliment rankings are now refreshed every 30 minutes instead of once per day.
Points rankings are now refreshed every 30 minutes instead of once per day.
Faction egg are not useable on a ship anymore.
Renamed the Wounded Crusader in Cylloan to Healing Crusader to avoid confusion.
New God's Altar is now live on server!

Fixes

Fixed Defense SL bonus effect "Decreasing deathblow" not working.
Fixed HP/MP SL bonus effect "Reduces the probability of receiving a critical hit" not working.
Fixed Element SL bonus effect "Element" not working.
Fixed Ranger's Hawk Eye not increasing damage correctly.
Fixed AoT matchmaking would start without two complete teams in some specific scenario
Fixed some AoT matchmaking bugs
