Fixed teleport skills could be used during preparation time

Fixed a bug where rainbow battle alert would spam on every channel

Fixed a bug where buffs would not be shared with ally team during preparation time

Fixed a bug where some buffs would not be removed upon entering rainbow battle

Rage Mode buff will now appear on each death

Crystal capture time has been reduced. 5s -> 3s

It's now possible to capture crystals when invisible, but as soon as the capture starts, the invisible buffs are removed

Healing in bases has been disabled and replaced by an hp/mp restore after the preparation time

Having flags will now add points for your team every 30s instead of every 60s

In order to participate in rainbow battle, you now need to be lvl 99+60
