Made all skills of Pet Trainer SP immune to cooldown reduction.
Reduced the cooldown of "Gentle Whip" from 10s to 7s.
Reworked the new pet skills obtained via Pet Trainer SP to be a bit more appealing.
First Aid:
- [NEW] Provides a 30/35/40/45/50/55/60% chance that you receive no damage. In addition, 30/35/40/45/50/55/60% of the damage you should have received is added to your HP.
Defensive Stance:
- Cooldown: 150/135/120/105/90/75/60 -> 90/80/70/60/50/40/30
- [REMOVE] Non-elemental damage received is decreased by 5/10/15/20/25/30/35/50%.
- [NEW] No HP consumption
Aggressive Stance:
- Cooldown: 110/100/90/80/70/50/30 -> 90/80/70/60/50/40/30
- [NEW] Movement speed is increased by 0/1/1/2/2/3/3.
Area Stun:
- Renamed "Blackout"s to "Disoriented".
- [REMOVE] Movement impossible
- [NEW] Dodge impossible
- [NEW] Move in a different direction against the player's will for 2/3/3/4/4/5/5 seconds.
- [NEW] Gibberish is spoken.

General

Added "Invincibility in PvP" and "Rage Mode" on respawn at Caligor to help with camping and giving better chance of fighting back.
Replaced "Complete Raid" quests in Act8 questline with "Kill Avatar" quests.

Daniel Ducate:
- Reduced cooldown of "Ghost Ship" from 47s to 45s.
Harlequin:
- Increased cooldown of "Purified Flames" from 43s to 45s.
- Purified Flames:
  - There is a 1/3/5/7/9/11/15% -> 10/15/15/20/20/25/25% chance that damage received from magic attacks is increased by 5/5/10/10/15/15/20%.
Palina the Puppet Master:
- Increased cooldown of "Teddy Hit" from 20s to 45s.
- Increased duration of "Concussion" from 10s to 20s.
- Concussion:
  - There is a 10/10/15/15/20/20/25% -> 10/15/15/20/20/25/25% chance that damage received from melee attacks is increased by 10/15/15/20/20/25/25% -> 5/5/10/10/15/15/20%.
