  • Changed damage multipliers in RBB, duel mode and arena from 0,5 -> 0,4.

After observing the results of our recent PvP damage multiplier changes we decided to settle on 0,4 for every PvP content except caligor as it seems to be the best solution to neither have everlasting duels nor complete oneshots.
