Debuffer PSPs have been behaving like a bottleneck to SP diversity in raid teams based on our observations. It's why we wanted to give them a huge rework.

Instead of being attack type or element oriented, these PSPs will have an identical debuff that do not stack with each other. For example, "Concussion (S)" from Palina doesn't only increase melee damage now, but ranged and magic too. But it cannot be stacked with "Spooked" or "Purified Flames" debuffs.

Our goal here is removing the necessity to have different PSP debuffers for all attack types in raids, which motivated raid teams to accept only one or two attack type characters, excluding others.

This is an experimental rework, we will monitor its impact and your feedback and it may be reverted later on.

Paline Puppet Master/Daniel Ducats/Harlequinnโ€‹

  • "Concussion" from Paline Puppet Master, "Spooked" from Daniel Ducats, and "Purified Flames" from Harlequinn have been reworked to have the same effects:
    • 2/2/3/3/4/4/5Lv. Debuff
    • Duration: 20s
    • There is a 10/15/15/20/20/25/25% chance that damage received from melee attacks is increased by 5/5/10/10/15/15/20%.
    • There is a 10/15/15/20/20/25/25% chance that damage received from ranged attacks is increased by 5/5/10/10/15/15/20%.
    • There is a 10/15/15/20/20/25/25% chance that damage received from magic attacks is increased by 5/5/10/10/15/15/20%.
  • These buffs will not stack.

One-Winged Perti/Sheriff Chloe/Laurenaโ€‹

  • "Blazing Armour" from One-Winged Perti, "Targetting" from Sheriff Chloe, "Scent of the Curse" from Laurena have been reworked to have the same effects:
    • 2/2/3/3/4/4/5Lv. Debuff
    • Duration: 10s
    • There is a 5/10/20/30/40/50/100% chance that damage received from melee attacks is increased by 5/5/10/10/15/15/20%.
    • There is a 5/10/20/30/40/50/100% chance that damage received from ranged attacks is increased by 5/5/10/10/15/15/20%.
    • There is a 5/10/20/30/40/50/100% chance that damage received from magic attacks is increased by 5/5/10/10/15/15/20%.
    • All dodges are decreased by 40/60/80/100/120/150/200.
  • These buffs will not stack.

Amon/Lucifer/Freyaโ€‹

  • "Boiling Over" from Amon, "Name of the God" from Lucifer, and "Freya's Announcement" from Freya have been reworked to have the same effects:
    • 2/2/3/3/4/4/5Lv. Debuff
    • Duration: 15s
    • All elemental resistances are decreased by 2/3/6/8/10/12/20.
  • These buffs will not stack.
  • Changed cooldown of these debuff skills all to 30 seconds.

Crusader

  • [Shining Effect]:
    • [REMOVE] Every 4 seconds: 2% HP is recovered.
    • [NEW] Every 4 seconds: Restores (Level x20) HP.

Waterfall Berserker

With the latest animation changes, waterfall berserkers basehits went a little over the top so we are slightly tuning them down.

  • Axe Swing:
    • Cast time: 0s -> 0.2s
    • Cooldown: 0.3s -> 0.6s

Scout

  • Recoil
    • Cool time: 15s -> 20s.

Avenging Angel

  • [Magic Spell]:
    • Damage dealt is increased by 10% -> 5%.

Sunchaser

To prevent players from being stuck while attack moving.

  • Spear:
    • Cool time: 0.7s -> 0.3s
    • Slight reduced animation time.

Seer

  • Blade Changer:
    • Reduced combo count from 7 to 6.

Bugfix

  • Fixed Royal Rabbit Carriage not triggering Magic Eggshell buff.
  • Fixed "Damage Against Low-Level Races" artefact option working outside Multiverse.
