Halloween runs on two layers of currency. Sweets drop from monsters and buy the raid seals and the Costume Scroll. Bags of Sweets come out of the raids and their achievements, and buy the costumes. Eric takes both.
Seasonal drops
These drop on top of the normal loot while the event runs, from ordinary monsters — no special map or quest needed.

Jack's Mystery Box are event items and get deleted when the
event ends — but ten of the same card trade for its permanent version at Eric:

When the event closes, these are deleted from every inventory, warehouse, mailbox and bazaar listing. Trade them in, open them or use them first — anything you exchange them for is yours to keep.
