To start the Act 6.2 Questline you have to be lv. 90 & finished the a6.1 questline
If you start with lvl 90+11 you will end up in the end with lvl 90+35

Collect materials for repairing the engine.

Deliver 5x skill-icon Holy Blood

skill-icon Dark Energy Stone and skill-icon Holy Blood can be farmed in Act 6.1 from demons and angels respectively.
