Raids
Raids are timed, instanced group content. You form a party, enter through a raid portal or an NPC, and work through one or more maps to a final boss before the clock runs out.
Each raid has its own page describing how it is built — who can enter, how long you have, what kind of progression it uses and what clearing it awards. Those pages deliberately do not tell you how to beat them. Working out gear, positioning and kill order is the fun part, and it is yours.
What every raid shares
| What to expect | |
|---|---|
| Lives | Your party shares a pool equal to party size + the raid's bonus lives, so a bigger group brings more. On top of that each player has their own budget of 3 deaths — exceed it and you are out, even with lives left in the pool. |
| Revival | 20 seconds before you are back on your feet. |
| Closing time | When a raid ends its maps are torn down 30 seconds later. |
| Getting in | Every raid needs a seal and a level range. A few also require a completed quest or cap how many runs you get per day — each raid's page states which. |
| Rewards | A raid box, reputation, and on most raids a guaranteed token. Contents are listed on the Raid Boxes page. |
| Multiverse | Several raids have alternate dimensions with their own requirements and rewards. Switch between them on the raid's page — see Multiverse. |
