Where does it drop?
Every farmable drop, three ways — pick an item to see which maps and monsters drop it and how often, a map for its full loot table, or a monster for its own drops. Map drops roll on any monster on the map; monster drops roll on that monster only. Server drop-rate events and level penalties are not included.
